Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Nile Grand Store, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We understand there may be times when you need to cancel an order or report an issue, and this policy explains how we handle those situations.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of being placed, or any time before the order is dispatched — whichever comes first. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. For cancelled orders, the paid amount is refunded after deducting any applicable delivery and packaging charges.
Missing or Damaged Items
In the rare case of a missing or damaged item, the customer must share a clear 360-degree unboxing video of the parcel, recorded in a single take without any pause or cut. This video is required to verify and process any claim. Without a valid unboxing video, we are unable to entertain claims for missing or damaged items.
To raise a claim, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video.
Refund Policy
Once a claim or cancellation is approved, the refund is processed within 24 hours to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account.
