Cancellation & Refund
At Nile Grand Stores, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that there may be circumstances where a customer may wish to cancel an order or request a replacement. In such cases, our Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
Cancellation Policy:
Customers can cancel their orders within 4 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched. Your paid amount will be refunded after deducting delivery and packaging charges.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Return / Replacement Policy:
In the unlikely event of a missing product, the customer has to share a 360-degree video without any pause or cut in order to claim the amount for the missing item. Without this video, we will not entertain any claim.
We do not provide any replacement or return of products.
Refund Policy:
In case of missing items, after receiving the 360-degree video without any pause or cut from the customer, our support team will review it. If the claim is found to be valid, the claimed amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
In case of cancellation (prior to order scheduling), if a customer cancels an order before it is scheduled, packaging charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
In case of cancellation (after order scheduling), if a customer cancels an order after it is scheduled, packaging and delivery charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement request if the customer does not comply with the terms of our policy.
