Welcome to nilegrandstores.com. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Nile Grand Stores' relationship with you in relation to this website.
The term "nilegrandstores.com" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is at Noida. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Website Content: The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
Guarantee/Warranty: Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee of any product.
Order Value: Your order value must be at least ₹4,000/-.
Token Amount: For processing an order, the customer has to pay 30% of the total order value as a token amount, which will be adjusted in the final bill. Without the token amount, the order will not be processed.
Order Process & Dispatch: Once we have received your order request, we will process it and share the final bill amount (including delivery and packing charges) with you. Once we receive the complete payment, your order will be packed and dispatched.
Tracking Details: After the order is scheduled, tracking details will be shared with you.
COD Facility: All orders are prepaid only. We do not process any COD orders.
Theft Case: During transit (Porter/Courier/Transport), if anything is stolen, Nile Grand Stores will not be responsible for any compensation. However, we can raise a complaint with the concerned team on your behalf.
Unboxing Video: We request you to record a 360-degree video without any pause or cut in order to claim the amount for any missing item. Without this video, we cannot entertain any claim. Our support team will respond after evaluating the shared video within 24 hours.
Damaged Item: If anything is damaged during transit via Porter/Courier/Transport, Nile Grand Stores is not responsible. However, we always pack parcels safely and check for defective stock (especially glass items) before dispatch.
Glass Item Protection: If a customer requests bubble wrap, extra charges will apply. This enhances protection for your package during transit; however, we cannot guarantee against any damage.
Cancellation of Orders: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing the order, or before it is dispatched. We will process the cancellation and issue a refund as per our refund policy. However, if you cancel a scheduled order, delivery and packaging charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Delayed Delivery: For a delayed delivery, you can write to us at our customer support email: nilegrandstores@gmail.com. We will try to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
